Dr. Leslie Kingslow has more than 36 years of diverse experiences in medicine as a specialist in pulmonary disease and critical care. A third- generation physician, Dr. Kingslow specializes in treating the following: pulmonary vascular disease, pulmonary embolism, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, interstitial lung disease, pleural disease, sarcoidosis, pneumonia, obstructive sleep apnea, ventilator management and bronchoscopy.
In addition to his practice at MVH, Dr. Kingslow is currently affiliated with Medstar-Washington Hospital Center and Bridgepoint Hospital-Capital Hill, both in Washington, DC, where he has a successful private pulmonary practice. He also maintains a part-time out-patient pulmonary practice with the University of Maryland Medical System in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
Since 2009, Dr. Kingslow established and has grown the only pulmonary medicine practice in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and the Windward Islands at Schneider Regional Medical Center, St. Thomas, to which he and his team annually dedicate a few months providing much needed patient care service.
In his spare time Dr. Kingslow enjoys travel, biking, fishing, coaching youth basketball, and an active family life where they volunteer in Tanzania, East African with AHEAD, Incorporated, (Rockville, Maryland) and he serves as a medical advisor and former board member.
